Q: Is it possible to know how are my products going on without visiting your company?

A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures and videos which show the machining progress.

Q: How can you ensure the quality of the High Precision Customized CNC Machined Parts for Car, Motorcycle, Instrument?

A: We have QC department to control the quality from the begining of production until goods finish.

Q: If you make poor quality goods,will you refund our fund?

A: As a matter of fact, we wont take a chance to do poor quality products. Meanwhile, we manufacture goods quality products until your satisfaction.

Q: What is the MOQ? what is the sample cost?
A: Our MOQ is 1 pc.As you know, single piece and sample usually cost.But we promise to refund the sample cost when begin mass production.

Q: I have enquiry to severy factory, why the prices vary much?
A: Every factory have own operatation system. The machines and equipments are similar, but technology and responsibility vary much. Cost performance is not orientated by price    or scale only. It is one-time deal if the products with low quality and service. We would not adjust our price as other producer, we only make the best products. With    soonest feedback, warm service and dedicated spirit, we will treat every customer serious and cooperate for long time.

Q: How can we do if the sample is not good?
A: Firstly,we will analyse what's the problem. If is our production fault, we will arrange re-production as first time or refund the money. If it's the problem of customer's drawing, we will negotiate further. Any problem can be solved with negotiation.

Q: Which express company do you choose to make delivery? What kind of drawing do you prefer?
A: We can deliver the goods via TNT,Fedex,DHL or any express company you specified. For the drawing, we prefer CAD,JPG,FDF. Other software, pls revert into STP form.

Q: What machines do we have? What parts are our skilled in? What tolerence can we achieve?
A: Our machines include: normal lathes, precision milling machines,NC machines,automatic machines, wire cutting machines and CNC machining center.
   We are skilled in parts with character of difficult machining, strict workmanship, high precision. For example packing machine parts,copper and aluminum parts, aerospace parts, model aircraft parts etc. Without special requirment, the normal precision is +/-0.1mm and key position can be +/-0.01mm.
